Fasting is a serious topic, so please let me begin by saying that I am not a professional in the field, nor am I a medical professional, although I have used fasting quite a bit in order to lose weight. That being said, you should really put a lot of thought into whether or not you're in good enough physical shape to fast, and you should consult your doctor as well.


There are two types of fasting, the first, and most hardcore in my opinion, is full fasting. This involves not consuming any water or food for a given period of time, and I personally never have done this.

How I Stumbled Across the Only Weight Loss Training Program You Will Ever Need

If you are reading this, you are likely in the same position I was a few short months ago. You see, I was looking for a weight loss training program that was something special.


I was looking for a powerful and comprehensive source of information that I could use. I was searching for an authoritative text that could take me to an excellent fitness level and a single digit body fat percentage.

Most 30 day weight loss plan claim that you can lose 20 to 30 pounds in 30 days. One of the more attractive tag lines is "losing a pound a day." While it is possible to lose weight in these programs, in reality, the weight that you will be losing is mostly water weight. It is unlikely that you will be burning body fats in a 30 day weight loss plan.

This means that if you stick with a 30 day plan, you would have to ride a bicycle 5 hours a day, every day for a whole month, while fasting.


The truth is, a 30 day weight loss plan is temporary at best, you will gain much of the weight back once you get off the program. To keep the weight off, you need to make changes to your eating habits and physical activity; changes that you can follow for the rest of your life. This largely exceeds a 30 day plan.
